What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic approach that uses muscle monitoring to identify and release stress that may be affecting your emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing.

By working with the body’s natural feedback system, kinesiology can help uncover unresolved stress patterns, restore balance, and support greater clarity, resilience, and wellbeing.

Every session is guided by what your body is ready to process and release, creating change at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Ways Kinesiology May Support You

Nervous System Regulation

Supporting your body to move out of survival mode and into a state where healing, clarity, and resilience become possible.

Grief &
Life Transitions

Providing support through loss, change, uncertainty, and the emotional challenges that can accompany life’s major transitions.

Confidence & Self-Connection

Helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom, build self trust, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Hi, I'm Lisa

I feel incredibly grateful to do work that helps people reconnect with themselves and move forward in life.

My passion for health and wellbeing began more than 18 years ago when I fell pregnant with my first child. Since then, I have spent years learning, exploring, and immersing myself in holistic health, and I have genuinely loved the journey.

I was initially drawn to Chinese medicine and even began studying acupuncture. However, with the demands of family life and my husband’s work, that path became difficult to sustain. In many ways, I feel kinesiology found me instead, and looking back, it feels perfectly suited to who I am.

I am fascinated by the body’s wisdom and the way our emotions, experiences, beliefs, and physical health are so deeply interconnected. I love exploring the underlying patterns behind symptoms and helping people gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

As a mother of three boys, I have experienced firsthand the joys, challenges, and unpredictability that life can bring. I know how important it is to have a safe space where you can feel supported, heard, and understood.

When I am not working with clients, I love spending time in nature. Whether it is walking, being outdoors, or simply slowing down enough to appreciate the world around me, nature is one of the places where I feel most grounded and connected.

I feel incredibly grateful to work with a modality that can create such meaningful shifts in people’s lives.

My goal is to provide a warm, supportive environment where you feel empowered to reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and wellbeing.

I believe every person has an innate capacity for healing, growth, and change. Sometimes we simply need the right support to help us reconnect with it.
