Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic approach that uses muscle monitoring to identify and release stress that may be affecting your emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing.
By working with the body’s natural feedback system, kinesiology can help uncover unresolved stress patterns, restore balance, and support greater clarity, resilience, and wellbeing.
Every session is guided by what your body is ready to process and release, creating change at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

When life feels heavy, stressful, or too much to carry alone, kinesiology can help you release emotional pressure and reconnect with a greater sense of calm and balance.

Supporting your body to move out of survival mode and into a state where healing, clarity, and resilience become possible.

Providing support through loss, change, uncertainty, and the emotional challenges that can accompany life’s major transitions.

Helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom, build self trust, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
I feel incredibly grateful to do work that helps people reconnect with themselves and move forward in life.
My passion for health and wellbeing began more than 18 years ago when I fell pregnant with my first child. Since then, I have spent years learning, exploring, and immersing myself in holistic health, and I have genuinely loved the journey.
I was initially drawn to Chinese medicine and even began studying acupuncture. However, with the demands of family life and my husband’s work, that path became difficult to sustain. In many ways, I feel kinesiology found me instead, and looking back, it feels perfectly suited to who I am.
I am fascinated by the body’s wisdom and the way our emotions, experiences, beliefs, and physical health are so deeply interconnected. I love exploring the underlying patterns behind symptoms and helping people gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
As a mother of three boys, I have experienced firsthand the joys, challenges, and unpredictability that life can bring. I know how important it is to have a safe space where you can feel supported, heard, and understood.
When I am not working with clients, I love spending time in nature. Whether it is walking, being outdoors, or simply slowing down enough to appreciate the world around me, nature is one of the places where I feel most grounded and connected.
I feel incredibly grateful to work with a modality that can create such meaningful shifts in people’s lives.
My goal is to provide a warm, supportive environment where you feel empowered to reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and wellbeing.
I believe every person has an innate capacity for healing, growth, and change. Sometimes we simply need the right support to help us reconnect with it.

In person sessions available on Sydney’s Upper North Shore, with online sessions also available.
Each session begins with a conversation about what is happening in your life and what you would like support with. Using gentle muscle monitoring, we identify areas of stress and imbalance and explore the emotional, physical, and energetic factors that may be contributing to them.
Every session is tailored to the individual and designed to help bring greater balance, clarity, and wellbeing.
Because kinesiology works with the body — not just the mind — many people experience shifts that feel both emotional and physical.
Clients often notice:
Every experience is unique, and sessions are guided by what your body is ready to process and release.
A deeper exploration of your current experiences, stress patterns, and what your body is asking for support with. Ideal for new clients.
Continued support to help deepen the work, integrate shifts, and support ongoing emotional and nervous system wellbeing.
If you have questions or would like to book a session, I’d love to hear from you.
"I cannot recommend Lisa highly enough.
My son saw her at a time when he was feeling really low, unmotivated, unhappy, and struggling to move forward. After just one session, something shifted. He made the decision to give up smoking, threw himself fully into his coaching career, and within days went from feeling stuck to thriving. It was incredible to witness.
Lisa has also worked with my daughter, helping her heal in areas where she had been stuck because of past trauma. Seeing both of my adult children show real signs of healing and move forward in their lives has been amazing.
Lisa has a unique gift for helping people uncover what may be holding them back, and I am deeply grateful for the impact she has had on my family."
"I would highly recommend Lisa. She helped me release the emotional weight of past trauma and grief. I'm now able to talk about the experience without the heaviness I used to carry. Lisa immediately put me at ease and has such a beautiful, gentle way with people.
"I always leave my sessions with Lisa feeling so much lighter, more grounded, and with a greater sense of clarity.
One of the biggest things I've noticed is that after a session, life just seems to flow more easily. I feel more connected to myself, and everything feels less heavy.
What really makes Lisa stand out is her genuine curiosity about the body and her unwavering commitment to helping uncover what may be unconsciously holding you back. She creates such a safe, supportive space to explore what's beneath the surface without ever making you feel judged or rushed.
Lisa is one of the most authentic, caring, and compassionate practitioners I've had the privilege of seeing. I can't recommend her highly enough."
